food is ok, service is worst in calgary, everytime i go there i order the same thing for take out and its always a different price, bunch of thieves.

The food is ok but the service is pathetic.
Seems like they are making enough money that they no more have customer oriented attitude.

It is an excellent restaurant. Me and my family favorite restaurant. Afghani Tikka, Ribs and goat chops are excellent. Naan are the best in town. Try is a must.............

Never had better food anywhere in North America. The service is pretty slow and no seating arrangement. By far the best tasting food in town and still no improvement in seating arrangement and service shows that there is something wrong with the Management. The kind of sales that they have I am positive they can move over to a better and spacious place.

I was quite lucky to find such a fine pakistani restaurant in Calgary. I have lived in toronto for almost 5 years and have checked almost all the pakistani restaurants on Gerard Street (Toronto) Mirchi definitely stands out with their authentic spicy pakistani barbeque!! The only problem is seating as they have a small setup

Their service sucks! Firstly they open right at noon which makes it hard for office going people to order or eat in as they have next to none seating arrangement. If you call a little earlier than noon to place a take out order they refuse to do so saying they are closed. I think thats bad bad customer service. Also, 7 out of 10 times they never get your order right. A highly dis organized place and everyone looks so confused.
